Data collected

• Contact form: name, email, subject, message, timestamp. Legal basis: legitimate interest and, where relevant, pre-contractual steps (replying to your request). Retention: 12 months after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
• Donations and memberships: processed by HelloAsso under its own policy. The association does not store bank-card data.
• Cookies / local storage: remembering the cookie choice (sdl-cookies) and the site language (lang cookie).
• Facebook: if you accept third-party cookies, Meta’s Page plugin sets cookies and may process your IP address. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. is the controller of that processing. Refusing third-party cookies prevents the feed from being displayed; the link to the Facebook page remains available.
• Google Analytics: measurement tag G-T83ZB1HL77 is loaded on every page. Google Ireland Ltd. may process browsing data (page views, technical identifier).

Recipients

Form messages are received at saintedeniselouise@gmail.com, hosted by Google Inc, and on the mail server of the host OVH when they are sent. They are not passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Transfers outside the EU

The Facebook module is activated only with your consent. Google Analytics is loaded across the site. These tools may involve transfers outside the European Union.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, under the conditions of the GDPR, by writing to saintedeniselouise@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS at OVH. The form includes an anti-bot field. No user password is collected on this site.
