Purpose
These terms set out how the presentation website of Sainte Denise Louise – La Dunkerquoise may be accessed. By browsing the site, you accept these terms.
Access to the site
The site is free to access, aside from connection costs. The association endeavours to keep it reasonably available on OVH shared hosting, without guaranteeing that there will be no interruption.
Content
Historical, technical and budget information is provided in good faith from public sources (the French official journal, the Palissy record, the press). It may change. It is neither a firm commercial offer nor a contractual sponsorship document.
The Facebook news feed is third-party content. The association is not its publisher beyond its own page.
Donations, membership, sponsorship
Online donations, once open, are subject to HelloAsso’s terms. Membership and sponsorship are handled directly with the association. A tax receipt is issued only if the association is eligible and under the tax rules in force — to be confirmed by the board.
Conduct
You may not use the site to send unlawful content, attack the server, inject code, or impersonate the association. The contact form is reserved for legitimate messages.

Links to third-party sites (Facebook, partners, HelloAsso) do not make the association responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at an amicable settlement, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction.
